Immersing yourself into the food & wine culture of Italy for an entire week is an excellent way to understand and learn this incredible way of life. Whether you are just a beginner or a seasoned pro, our Culinary Workshop Week in Tuscany will provide you with a unique opportunity to experience the Italian lifestyle in a very relaxed environment.

Our workshop week features 7 nights in a wonderfully restored Tuscan farmhouse, 5 days of culinary classes, wine tastings and special excursions. Participation is limited to five for each week so we can preserve our special personal touch.

Why We’re Unique…

We believe a week-long culinary workshop should provide you with information you can trust, new skills you will use and fond memories you will preserve for years to come…of course we’ll also be happy to add some laughter along the way!

We will draw upon our 6+ years of teaching experience and our Italian professional and educational knowledge to offer you a comprehensive introductory look into Italian food & wine culture. The small group environment will allow us to focus on offering personal and professional instruction, as well as taking care of individual needs as your hosts. We will continue to promote a fresh attitude and prepare everything we cook by hand using the freshest possible ingredients. Finally, because we are not bound by any sponsor obligations, you can be sure the information we present is independent and impartial…something you can trust!

Who Can Attend?

Our workshop will combine participation and demonstration techniques and presented in a manner comfortable to all skill levels. Anyone having a strong interest in Italian food & wine culture is welcome to attend…but, keep in mind we are limiting participation to five eager and willing learners.

More About the Location…

San Quirco is located in southern Tuscany – right in the heart of the famed wine regions that produce Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montepulciano. The area boasts some of the best known landscape and views in all of Tuscany, rustic Etruscan cooking, handmade cheeses, premium olive oils and access to some of the world’s finest wines. It is just a short journey from our base at il Poggiolo into the magic of Tuscany.
